An extraordinary cooking class will take place in a real medieval castle at your disposal, where you will taste some of the best Brunello wines: it is difficult to imagine something more engaging!
Today you will not only learn how to cook traditional Tuscan dishes. This is an amazing opportunity to immerse yourselves in a new culture and language.
The cooking school consists of hands-on demonstrations by local chefs; after you are done cooking, you will be delighted to taste your creations paired with truly delicious Brunello wines produced here. You will be surprised that not only you will learn to cook here, but the wines are second to none as well. We are truly thrilled that the wonderful estate where you will spend magnificent hours is also a superb producer of Brunello, one of the best in the Montalcino realm. The wine is obtained from grapes harvested on the castle estate’s vineyard and barrel-aged in the castle’s underground cellar.
The estate itself is a 13th century castle, which will allow you some breathtaking views of the surrounding territory.

You will have our English speaking driver and recent and comfortable Mercedes minivan – 7 or 8 passengers plus driver – at your disposal for the entire duration of the tour. All of our vehicles are full optional, also comprehensive of bottles of cold water and WiFi connection.
