His activity has always been characterized by enormous passion and the search for the highest quality. After opening his famous Gelateria in the main square of San Gimignano in 1992, Sergio’s is considered one of the best gelatos in the world.

He has received numerous awards for his creations - among which some flavors are completely new and today constitute a registered trademark - including the Master of Art & Craft Living National Treasure Award in 2016, and the appointment as National Ambassador of Made in Italy excellence by the Senate of the Italian Republic in 2020.

Not only theory, this Gelato school will end with the production and tasting of the gelato directly on your part! You will therefore be fully involved and satisfied with your Gelato, fun is guaranteed!
